At VELTRĀ Jewelry, every order is carefully prepared with attention to detail. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us, while keeping our return process clear and transparent.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To start a return, please contact us at support@veltrajewelry.com with your order number and the reason for your request.

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs when returning an item due to a change of mind, wrong size selection, or personal preference.

Original shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, pouches, cards, and accessories received with the order.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as VELTRĀ Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments arranged by the customer.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the case and offer a suitable solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
